Small, family-owned (60+ years) third-party property management company located in North Center looking for an energetic, knowledgeable candidate to be part of our 6-person in-office team.As an Administrative assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the management of condominium associations and some small rental properties (third-party management).Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:xc2xb7 Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all owners, residents, and coworkers.xc2xb7 Communication with Owners and Contractors.xc2xb7Processing rent and assessment payments.xc2xb7 Organize and distribute mailxc2xb7 Monthly financial report preparationsxc2xb7 Answering phones, responding to emailsxc2xb7 Managing the work order process from beginning to end.xc2xb7 Other duties as assigned.Candidate profile:To be considered for the position the candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude and can use a variety of software and platforms. The candidate should also possess strong customer service skills as well as a high ethic.Requirements:xc2xb7 Ability to engage with a wide range of people.xc2xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Suite application.xc2xb7 Experience with Rent Manager a plus.xc2xb7xc2xb7 Able to execute decisions promptly.* Office Hours are 9 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday; applicant is required to be onsite during these hours except for approved PTO days and closed office days/holidays.
