You will provide the xe2x80x9cgatekeeperxe2x80x9d rolexc2xa0creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEOxe2x80x99s time and office.You willxc2xa0be responsible forxc2xa0doingxc2xa0research, prioritizing, and followingxc2xa0up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.xc2xa0Also,xc2xa0you will provide a bridge for smooth communication between the President’s office and internal departments;xc2xa0demonstratingxc2xa0leadership toxc2xa0maintainxc2xa0credibility, trust, and support with senior management and staff.The Executive Assistant will serve as the President’s administrative liaison to JPAxe2x80x99s board of directors and adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in bylawsxc2xa0regardingxc2xa0board and board committee matters, including advance distribution of materials before meetings in electronic/paper format.Additionally, you will work with the Clinical and Child Welfare Teams in coordinating the President’s outreach activitiesxc2xa0and follow up on contacts made by the President and supportxc2xa0the cultivation of ongoing relationships.Basic requirements:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree.Minimally 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience supporting C-Level Executivesxc2xa0(preferably for a non-profit organization)MS Officexc2xa0proficiency.
