The right candidate for this position will thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment and will work closely with Finance Leadership on developing strategies. They will be responsible for providing financial and data analysis, scenario and sensitivity analysis, annual budgeting, ongoing forecasting, and presenting findings to drive performance and support optimal operations. The Financial Analyst will also assist in process improvements, review financial reports, and develop automated reporting and forecasting tools.Responsibilities:Develop and manage financial models to enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.tGather and analyze key divisional and portfolio performance metrics and communicate findings at various levels of detail.tIdentify risks and issues and provide recommendations for process improvements to internal stakeholder teams.tBuild and analyze complex models to support ongoing business operations.tCommunicate complex analysis in a concise and organized manner to financial senior leadership.tReview financial reports prepared by the team, including variance analysis, staffing analysis, and corporate reporting of Budget and Actuals.tPerform ad hoc analysis and other related duties as assigned.tDevelop automated reporting and forecasting tools to optimize data utilization.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance.t5 years of business experience in corporate financial reporting and budgeting or IT operational functions in IT Financials, OR 8 years of business experience in corporate financial reporting and budgeting or IT operational functions in IT Financials.tKnowledge of tools/applications used within Internal Operations, such as Workday, Oracle, Smartview (Essbase), MS Teams, and SharePoint.tStrong customer service skills, including managing customer expectations and vendor relationships.tClear and concise written and verbal communication skills.tStrong presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.tProficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Power Query, and Power BI.
