Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. This role emphasizes a patient-centered approach, integrating both traditional and telehealth services to enhance patient accessibility and engagement. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including obtaining vital signs and medical histories. Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses. Provide preventive care through routine check-ups, immunizations, and health education. Manage dermatological conditions and provide appropriate treatment options. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications. Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR). Stay updated with the latest advancements in family medicine and participate in continuous professional development. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification. Strong knowledge of physiology and the ability to assess various ailments effectively. Experience with durable medical equipment (DME) management is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus. Proficiency in outpatient care settings with experience in telehealth services preferred. Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to patient care and advocacy.
