Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled FM Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various medical specialties, including pain medicine, radiology, pediatric critical intensive care, and more. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care within our facility, which operates as a Level II Trauma Center. The Physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of medical practice. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations to diagnose medical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide care in various settings including inpatient units and the operating room (OR). Collaborate with specialists in pediatric cardiology and infection control to ensure comprehensive patient care. Manage diabetes care and provide guidance on durable medical equipment (DME) as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with medical advancements. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications Medical degree from an accredited institution. Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment. Board certification or eligibility in relevant specialties such as pain medicine or pediatric critical intensive care is preferred. Strong clinical skills with experience in a Level II Trauma Center environment is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members. Commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
