Operations Manager

Kane Partners is searching for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a machining company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and operations management, with a focus on optimizing processes, ensuring quality control, and enhancing productivity.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Manage and coordinate all aspects of machining operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.xc2xb7 Establish and enforce quality control standards, ensuring that all products meet specifications and industry regulations.xc2xb7 Oversee inventory levels and materials procurement to ensure timely availability of resources while minimizing costs.xc2xb7 Has worked under AS9100, ITAR, DFAR and ISO9001 manufacturing standardsxc2xb7 5+ years of supervisory experience in a production environmentxc2xb7 Strong understanding of machining processes, technologies, and quality control methodologies and the ability to read drawings, layouts, and blueprints required.This is a full-time Operations Manager position with the opportunity to make significant contributions to the future success of the company. The desired candidate will have experience in operations management within the machine or manufacturing industry.
