Job OverviewMuve Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medicine Physician Associate to work Locum Tenens in a Level IV Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Oklahoma and have at least a year of Emergency Medicine Experience. Responsibilities Provide immediate evaluation and treatment for patients presenting with acute medical conditions and trauma. Operate necessary medical equipment and perform procedures such as cardiac catheterization. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations. Collaborate with specialists in areas such as vascular radiography, mammography, and family planning as needed. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Participate in the development of treatment plans and follow-up care for patients with complex needs. Engage in continuous education and training to stay updated on best practices in emergency medicine. Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health record system. Qualifications Physician Associate Degree ACLS/ATLS/PALS Certified Experience working in Emergency Medicine. Proficiency in various medical procedures relevant to emergency medicine, including addiction medicine practices.
