Walk-ins and same day appointments are also welcome if there is a huge no show rate, so may be up to 29 patients/day.Procedures: Full scope family practice. FP MDs will have to be comfortable with medication refills for patients who are not seen by them (re-occuring patients) if another MD cannot fill. EMR: EpicLicense Needed: Active CA licenseCertifications Needed: BC or truly BERelevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: 1-3 years of experience Interview Schedule/Preferences: Name clear process – will have to pass a name clear before presentation is sent. Other additional pertinent information: Try to schedule the FPs with their own MA’s. There will be 1 xc2xbd MA’s scheduled with them. The xc2xbd MA is a float. There are additional sites/locations for OBGYN and the locum will have to be comfortable to switching locations, if absolutely needed. There is a 3 week ramp up period of Epic training. 75% of the population is Spanish speaking and Fillipino. They have interpreter lines and virtual translation as well. Most of their permanent staff is Spanish speaking or able to understand Spanish.
