Looking for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to work 4 10’s or 5 8’sxc2xa0(only one location will accept 4 10’s at this time).(Need IM or FM, but needs to just see adult patients)xc2xa0conveniently located practice, nice place to work, Starbucks down the street.Cannot accept Visas, cannot provide loan forgiveness, they are not FQHC sites.patients have been going here for generations, well established practices, so good for new grad or early in career.xc2xa0will accept 2024 grads, being group practice, there is support system, not complete mentorship.Salary: 220-240, with 20 k sign on, can provide relo, but per case basisafter 1 year 10% into 403b, up to additional 18K3 years exp and above, present with salarywe have a robust incentive practice, can make additional 30- 40K + ( for 3600 visits a year)we are trying to keep up with market, so incentive program allows you to meet the candidate where they want to be.NOT RVU based, the more visits you do , the more money you makexc2xa0have specific metrics for quality bonuses ( immunization for peds, adults’ annual wellness screenings)Total salary : Base salary, quality bonus program, productivity incentive ( visit based)xc2xa0Full time 35 hours a week,xc2xa0 m – f 8 hours a day, there are no evenings or weekends, on call is very light ( one weekday a month and one weekend a month, remote, with a triage nurse available)7 scheduled hours, 1 hour pause for admin time (9-1, pause 130-430)18-21 patient visits a day, these sites have a 9/12 no show rate, about 5%Will send benefits, CMEs : 5 days, $1000 total
