DocStar Medical partners is looking for a locum physician near Seattle, WA. Long term assignment – can take a provider with IMLC license and an active LoQ + travel expenses covered! Please note starting pay range listed is an estimate and will be based on provider experience and skillset Primary Care Start Date:August 1 or Sooner if credentialed End Date:December 31 Length of Assignment:5 Months Credentialing Timeframe:60 Days Work Schedule:Monday – Friday; 8a-5p Patient Volume:Varies per clinic, will discuss with provider on interview Procedures:None, bread and butter primary care EMR:Athena License Needed:WACertifications Needed: Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:Primary Care Other additional pertinent information:Must be COVID vaccinated and willing to wear a mask during shiftsPreference for providers who are Suboxone certified and can prescribe of Schedule II medications/pain meds.
