About the OpportunityLocation: Hartford County, CTSpecialty: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, 100% outpatientHours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pmResponsibilities: The Primary Care Physician will:Examine, obtain medical history, and treat acute and chronic illnessesOrder, perform, and interpret diagnostic testsCreate treatment plans and involve patients and family members in those plans.Initiate appropriate specialty referralsCollaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians, and staffWork with care team to close care gaps and improve quality measuresWork with practice management to ensure compliance with billing and coding requirementPerform other duties as needed Qualifications:Licensed to practice in the State of ConnecticutBoard Eligible / Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine Your privacy is important to us.
