Physician LOCUM Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine —Holland, OHFT and PT opportunities available Our national client has (2) Locum Contracts for an urgent care clinic provider. This is a direct patient care position. Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies. You will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. SHIFT: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm— Must be willing to cover different centers in the surrounding areas. RATE: $150/hr QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMETS: Current State medical license Board Certified in a medical specialty Active DEA MUST be Certified Medical Examiner for DOT physicals or willing to obtain before starting 2+ yrs of experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine or ER About Us-Who is Provenir Healthcare and why work with us?
